About Flint & Form
Flint & Form is a specialist flintwork company based in High Wycombe. We work with flint alone, not as one material among many, but as the focus of what we do: matching, restoration and contemporary knapped flint across London and the Home Counties.
Our approach
We do not sell a single “look” of flint wall. We decide what kind of flintwork is appropriate for the building in front of us.
That might mean a close match to existing fabric, sympathetic cleaning and lime repointing, or a more precise contemporary face for a new extension. Often a project needs more than one of these.
The name is deliberate. Flint is the material. Form is the judgement about how it should be expressed: jointing, corners, mortar and character suited to the setting.
