What we collect

• What kind of work you need, and any message you write
• Any photos or drawings you choose to upload

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology on this site, so we do not collect browsing data, device identifiers, or behavioural data about visitors.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry: to understand the work involved, advise on the right approach, and provide a quote. Our legal basis for processing it is that it is necessary to take steps, at your request, before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries:

• Resend — sends the enquiry notification and confirmation emails on our behalf.
• Vercel — hosts this website and stores any photos or drawings you upload.

These providers may process data on servers located outside the UK. Where that happens, they do so under appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) required by UK data protection law. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details, including any uploaded photos or drawings, for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Where no project follows, we aim to delete enquiry data within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see “Your rights” below.

How we protect it

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and is only accessible to Flint & Form and the service providers named above.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
• Ask for your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

This website and its services are intended for adults instructing work on a property, not children.
